Be yourself be fearless cali fearless

Be yourself, be fearless – the mantra rooted deep in the hearts of every great champion. This is in the minds of well-known winners such as Michael Jordan, Mike Tyson, Beyoncé, Tom Brady, to Ali, et. al. They've all mastered what it means to fearlessly be themselves and do whatever it takes to accomplish their greatest desires. We are all champions in our own way. We were all born to become our own uniquely original self but many of us will die a lazy carbon copy imitation of those who impress us most.

Be yourself, because an original is worth much more than a copy. Being truthful with yourself is the surest way to achieve internal happiness; without internal happiness you will never truly be happy with any success or wealth you achieve. Internal happiness is the notion whereby you choose happiness within yourself and no external factors can affect the permission you give yourself to be happy. Never consider other people’s opinions of you as significant, their opinions are unimportant to your happiness and success. Don't allow yourself to become pretentious in order to impress a crowd. It's a weakness to rejoice in the approval of others; you are not a pet. Having peace of mind mixed with internal happiness is by far two of the most important mental health stages most people dream of achieving. It's essential that you like who you are to secure a state of peace of mind. The goal is for you to live your life to its fullest potential; being honest with yourself should be the starting point to living life to its fullest. To be sincere with one-self is not an easy task. It's hard work. It's like a daily ritual. Much like working out to sculpt your dream body, it take courage to be who you really are. You must take honest mental notes and evaluate yourself in each situation you're involved in. I love to do a pros and cons list every time I evaluate any situation. The pros and cons list even works when evaluating yourself. Read it daily or weekly, while proactively working on eliminating your cons and improving your pros daily. I believe in you: continue to believe in yourself!!! Master self-discipline and love all that makes you unique. While being your authentic self, people are either going to love you for you or they'll get away from you, but at least you will know the reaction is genuine. Once you stop worrying about other people’s opinions, you'll see a drastic change in your life and your mental and spiritual health will levitate. Be yourself because an original is worth much more than a copy.

{The opinion of others is one of the greatest fears in the world. Break free from this fear by living up to the standards you set for yourself.}

This world is full of distractions, gimmicks, and nonbelievers. Between your cell phone notifications, unsupportive family and friends, scammers, social media, and TV, it's easy to be distracted from your life's purpose and lose sight of the real you. Comparison is the killer of all joy. Too much social media and the glorification of celebrity culture can cause you to constantly compare yourself to others, which can lead to you developing a sick self-identity.

"A person cannot live abundantly unless negative self-identity dies" REV IKE. When you make the decision to live a healthy life, you make a conscious decision to eat healthy and work out regularly. Taking care of your mental health should also be included in your decision to live healthy. Everything we see and hear affects us mentally. You can unconsciously be a part of someone’s evil programming to sway your mind into negativity and feeling inadequate. Always have a keen awareness of everything you feel, what’s going on around you, and what’s causing it. Be conscious about the negative effects people, social media, news programs, and your environment has on you. Our environment always chumps our will-power and defeat our intention over a period of time. Meaning if your intention is to become a musician, but you're surrounded by individuals who are constantly pulling you down to tell you you’re not good enough, eventually you'll start to believe them. How are you going to focus on your goals, your aspirations and live a quality life with all these distractions around you? First, you must disconnect from all negativity and stop putting the wrong things in your mind.

"Expose yourself to the type of information that supports your potential, your greatness, and where you want to go" Peter Sage. Seek a mentor that can help you get rid of your unconscious negative patterns for good. Place yourself in a supportive environment, focus on what's important and practice doing deep work. This concept come from the book "Deep Work" by Cal Newport. Deep Work is the ability to have an extreme level of focus without distraction on a seriously demanding task for a certain period of time. For instance, let’s say you want to learn how to invest in the stock market. Locking yourself in a room for eight hours per day for one week to read & study stock market investment contents to gain knowledge of the stock market is how you perform the "Deep Work" concept. It all start with self-encouragement; encourage yourself every day to go the extra mile to learn and practice being what you want to become.

{Control your expectations, attitude & effort. Fear is an illusion.}

Being fearless doesn't mean to put your life in danger. Being fearless is having a mindset of relentless determination. A lion mentality you must embed deeply inside of you to unleash the greatness you know you are truly capable of achieving and living the life you really want. If you can envision it, you can make it a reality. If you put forth consistent effort toward specific goals it's very possible you can actualize your goals. The genesis of fearlessness is to first believe in yourself. Taking consistent action towards your goals is how you foster resilience and cultivate self-belief. Believing in yourself first is the genesis of fearlessness. Don't worry about making mistakes, mistakes will happen; no one and nothing will ever be perfect.

"Worry is like a rocking chair: it gives you something to do but never gets you anywhere" Erma Bombeck. Never fear failure, you will fail many times [every successful person failed at something] but every time you fail you should learn and gain the experience to do better in the future. Fear is like ghosts in a haunted house, all illusions and failure is a reality check. We all know ghosts aren't real but we may convince ourselves they are because we know we aren't immortal and we're trying to protect ourselves from being hurt. I once had a fear of roller coasters because I feared heights and I always thought I would fall out of the roller coaster. Approximately four deaths annually in the United States are associated with roller coasters. I convinced myself I would fall out of the roller coaster but that fear was perhaps never going to happen. Most of everything we fear is perhaps never going to happen. Never allow illusions of fear to discourage you or psych you out of making an attempt at accomplishing your burning desires. Just fucking do it!!! Have faith in yourself, faith in the infinite. On the other hand, failure is always a possibility.

"Faith is the only known antidote for failure" Napoleon Hill. Failure simply represents what is lacking in preparation and execution. Failure is your reality check but you shouldn't view it as a death sentence or personalize it as if you’re not good enough. It doesn't matter if you fail 100 times; KEEP TRYING, FAIL your way to success. If you quit you'll never find out what was possible. Never give up on yourself!!! With a lion's mentality you will never surrender.
{Going after your dreams is a daunting task. Sometimes we may not accomplish our goal but the great pursuit of going after your desires will place you right where you need to be...... Proceed as if success is inevitable. Consistency and precision is the key to unleashing the greatness buried inside of you.}

 It's possible!!!

Mike Tyson exemplifies what it mean to be yourself and be fearless. As a phenomenon who is revered by people of all racial backgrounds, mostly known as a ferocious boxer with a lion's heart and an iron fist. Tyson is a representation of all different things both good and bad, he may be one of the most honest human beings to ever exist. His ability to show his fragile nature and express a saddened heart-felt vulnerability is truly striking because he still manage to retain with him an air of invincibility. People let their guard down when speaking with Mike because he does not mind expressing his shortcomings and chronic low self-esteem due to his upbringing and nonexistent family structure. Tyson once said "Fear is my friend, I love fear, fear allows me to reach my highest potential. Fear of failing is an illusion but we have to have desire" Mike Tyson. This is the attitude you must adopt to push through and accomplish your goals and aspirations. Mike is viewed as an unstoppable, unbreakable figure so it's by no surprise most people are left speechless when listening to Mike speak so candidly about himself. It encourages people that find him interesting to live their truth and be fearlessly committed about overcoming obstacles they face because if Mike Tyson can survive what he has been through to become world champion then so can they and so can YOU. It's possible, it's possible, it's possible!!!!(repeat it's possible daily). Consistency and precision is the key to unleash the greatness buried inside of you.

{“We all die. The goal isn’t to live forever, the goal is to create something that will.” - Chuck Palahniuk}

Imagine yourself on your deathbed about five minutes from your last breath. Imagine the scenery and who is present. As you reflect back on your life, you think to yourself: Did I live a happy life? Did I reach my full potential? Did I spread love? and Did I make a positive influential impact on the people I knew and the world? Ask yourself those questions. Hopefully your answers will be positive because that means you're living with joy and purpose. If your answers are not positive, you may believe you’re going down a destructive path. Today is the perfect time to stop procrastinating and start making wiser decisions. Focus on living a happier and prosperous life that can make you and your loved ones proud. When you die how would you like the world to remember you? There's only three things we'll regret on our deathbed: that we are little loved, little traveled, and had little confidence to go after our dreams. I don't want to die regretting what I didn't do. Understand life is a balance. A balance between attempting to achieve your goals, having healthy personal relationships, and creating memorable experiences filled with excitement, love, and laughter. Remember life's a constant battle with yourself, so don't make things complicated. Your mind is powerful, you can overcome any obstacle if you think your way through it. Don't live as if you’re immortal because you'll just waste time you can't get back. Live a purpose-driven life and leave a legacy that can transcend time.
