SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We offer free Priority shipping in the US.

Most orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days but during busy periods some delays might occur.

The covid-19 pandemic has affected the operations and processing times are longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we go through these particular times.

We ship both from the USA.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually confirmed, packaged and dispatched within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Shipping, duties and taxes, when applicable, are nonrefundable. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Boxes.

Alphanso England will only deliver packages to the address that was requested when your order was placed. We do not re-route any packages and does not offer location pickup service.

 

PRE-ORDERS

For selected groups of styles on www.alphansoengland.com, that are not immediately available but coming very soon, we may provide customers with the option to place an "Pre-order" for these items. When a customer places an "Pre-order"; they are placing an order presently with the intention they will receive their order at a later date. Once our customer place the order, our craftsman begin to craft each pair with the utmost care. Alphanso England will provide an estimated shipping/ availability date, which may be subject to variations but is usually within 2 MONTHS.

We send you updates about the production process. You’ll get years of quality and see how your shoes come to life. Once the items becomes available, we will process and ship your order. At this point, you will receive a shipping notification via email. In the event that the items does not become available at the communicated shipping/ availability date, we will notify you via email.

For U.S. orders consisting of both Pre-Order items and regular items, we will ship the regular item first and then the Pre-Order/ back-order item(s) will be shipped once the item(s) becomes available. For orders consisting of multiple Pre-Order items with different delivery dates, we will ship the items as they become available.

For Canadian orders, we will ship the order once everything arrives in stock and orders will be shipped in accordance with the foregoing or within the thirty 30 days set forth in the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping cart carefully before finalizing your order. Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, you are not able to cancel your order anymore. All sales are final with NO refund, but  items purchased at the Alphanso England Online Store can be returned within 15 days of it being received by customer for exchange. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account with Alphanso England, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders here but we still suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.
